Karen has owned and operated our family business since 1980. She was also administrative assistant with our CPA in Chicago for ten years. Our oldest daughter, continues to operate the business and still services our original customers. Why, because customer satisfaction has always been a priority.
Bill recently completed an 20 year career with Motorola as VP of North America Sales. He managed a large staff of over 100 field representatives and was involved in many multi-million dollar contractual negotiations. He has over 30 years of executive sales management experience and is an excellent negotiator which is invaluable in buying or selling property. He's mastered "Win–Win" contract negotiations, leaving all parties pleased and satisfied at the completion of the process.
Karie, our youngest daughter is a school teacher in Gilbert. Karie graduated from Illinois State University and has excellent people and communication skills. In addition to selling real estate, Karie owns and operates Arizona Yard Cards. A congratulatory sign service.
We've been realtors
since 2001 and investors since the mid 70's. We continue to acquire properties utilizing
creative financing techniques.
